Regeneration is back for it's third year! The last two years have been AMAZING! Everyone who came out made it special and this year is going to be bigger and better!
We will be sleeping in the gym the whole weekend so no need for a hotel, just bring a sleeping bag or blanket and pillow!
As For Showers: Myself, my Wife, or My roommate will take groups of those who want to shower to our apartment for your convenience. With that being said, this is something we are offering for your comfort, so please respect our home and make sure to bring a towel!
The gathering will be held on May 5th-7th, 2016 in Raleigh, NC
There will be two floors: One spring floor and one puzzle mat floor. We also have a small foam pit that you can use to try new tricks that you aren't comfortable throwing on the floor yet! This gathering is perfect for beginners and veterans alike!
Spectating is completely free! Want to watch these guys throw down? Come on in! Injured and want to stretch and still hang with the community? Of course you can hang out! (If you are staying overnight and not tricking it will still cost $10 to cover food and gym costs)

Just as with every year of our gathering, EVERYONE is welcome to come, but the majority of attendees will be Teens and Adults. Therefore, there will not be a filter on the music played in the gym. Thanks for your understanding!
