Experience the playful and immersive essence of parkour. This fun-filled week is a great introduction to learning parkour skills. Enso Movement camps foster a a learning space for campers in learning to trust others, take steps for success, and make independent decisions through dynamic moments. Each week, campers will have the chance to play movement games, jump into foam pits, swing on bars, and of course, learn to navigate obstacles. 

Every group of campers is different. Our experienced staff design each week around each unique group using scaled progressions, games, and stories to create a remarkable, unforgettable experience.
