Glides and Strides Workshop

GLIDES AND STRIDES | Join Julius Porter in this workshop aimed towards increasing the participants' confidence when balancing or moving on rails. We'll focus on good mental preparations and physical warm-up practices for rail running (Glides), strides, and balance. Technical aspects will include foot placement, spotting, and our physical posture. This workshop is open to intermediate/advance kids and beginner/advance teens or adults. 

Julius Porter is a professional parkour coach currently coaching at Enso Movement in Raleigh, North Carolina. He has been training for 7 years and is in constant pursuit of progress. Focusing his training on power and speed, he favors rails, running jumps, swings, and climbing challenges.
