Strength for Handbalancers

This seminar covers strength building drills and skills that are important to handbalancers as they progress. We will cover drills that build planche and press strength, core compression, and hip strength to create a solid foundation for handbalancing skills. Come learn the tools you need to prepare for more challenging skills. No experience needed. Ages 12+.
